Welcome to Picard Place. This luxury 3 bed, 2 bath Chalet is peacefully situated 3 minutes from the Bryce Ski Resort & sleeps up to eight. Complete RENOVATION; fresh paint, comfortable & luxury furnishings, new kitchen, etc. And should you choose to venture out for adventure you’ll find yourself just 3 mins away from a great resort offering mountain biking, golf, winter sports, & scenic chair lift rides. Or pop over to Lake Laura (8 mins) for water activities or a stroll along the lake.
The space
Inspired by a minimalist yet modern lifestyle, your Picard Place is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet 3 minutes from Bryce Resort. It is completely surrounded by the fresh mountain air and the beauty of nature at its best. This home was thoughtfully designed to make you and your guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The space is perfect for a family, group of friends or even a couple’s getaway. With free high speed Wi-Fi and dedicated work areas, Picard Place is perfect for remote work too.

You will open the door and enter the tastefully decorated main living area where you have access to all of your modern comforts such as; personal Alexa, smart tv, fireplace, touchscreen thermostat and more. Hang out in the living room or find your Zen in the newly added sunroom addition. A full 4 season space with pull out couch and swing couch.

The kitchen is an absolute showstopper. This modern design is a perfect blend of form and function. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a quick meal or 7 course masterpiece, whatever your heart desires. Ask Alexa for cooking/baking ideas.

To your right, you will find the master bedroom with full bath and smart tv. Big enough for your private space or to crash after a full day in Shenandoah Valley. A baby pack and play is available for your little one. Across the hall you will find two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Choose between a queen bed or two twins. Your dedicated work station is on the main floor surrounded by beautiful views of the mountain and nature.

Outside you can enjoy the beautiful deck with your choice of gas or charcoal grill. You will love to unwind on the deck with a favorite beverage. Take it easy, inhale, exhale, and listen to nature’s sounds.

Or relax your sore muscles in our new hottub. Use jets to relax, drink holders to REALLY relax and enjoy the mountain air while staying a toasty 104 degrees. Use our solo stove fire pit stay warm in those cold mountain nights and don't forget to take your favorite selfie in our outside zen space. You will absolutely never want to leave!

To make your entry as easy as possible, we use the keyless entry system. There is ample parking in front of the house area as there are no assigned parking spaces. You can easily up to 3 cars.
