It features a King size bed and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find everything you'll need during your stay, including a barbecue grill, washer and dryer, linens, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, cable and wifi. The private screened patio with garden views is the ideal setting to relax after a hard day at the show. You are welcome to bring your pick-up truck, there are no HOA restrictions. Minimum rental during the season is 6 months, at $3,500 per month.
