Taken down to the studs and redesigned by a local architect as his own personal residence, this contemporary home was thoughtfully reimagined to maximize both functionality and living space. Nearly every project imaginable was tackled, with meticulous attention to detail and quality rarely found in a renovation of this scale.

Every door in the house was replaced with solid-core doors featuring new hardware and hinges.
The old water heater was removed in favor of an exterior-mounted tankless gas water heater. A whole-house water filtration system was installed, along with an under-counter reverse osmosis drinking water system in the kitchen. All major systems have been completely replaced. The HVAC system received new air handlers, condensing units, ductwork, and bath exhaust ventilation.
