Kentmore Park was established in the late 1940 era. Started mainly as a sailing community for weekend and summer enjoyment. Now a very active community with year round social events as many familys have expanded their time in Kentmore beyond spring, summer and fall. A mix of full time and part time residents. All ages are represented. There is a social club with $350.00 yearly dues. There are many activities with the Kentmore Park Improvement Association (KPIA) for all ages.
