Heated Pool, kid and pet friendly Vacation Rental available December 2025 through February 2026!

All utilities (electric, water, internet and cable), Heated pool care and lawncare are provided! Pet and Kid Friendly!!

Rental rates are as follows...
December $3800, January $4000, February $6000, March $7000, April $6500, May, June, and July $5000, August $4500 September through November Rent $3800

Each rental will have a $250 clean, $75 booking fee, and 12.5% taxes on total.

Please note each additional month rented will reduce monthly rent by $100. For example, rent 3 months, reduce rent by $200 for each month.

Extremely clean, furnished home with heated pool! Having a heated pool under a screened in pool makes ALL the difference!! Without heat in the winter is an unusable pool.

Open concept, a very nice retro home. Newly redecorated and landscaped, located on a great street. Just a few minute walk to the beach at the end of the street and to the Halifax River. Big garage for your toys. House comes with bikes, beach wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs. Comfortable rooms and attractive layout. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an enclosed Florida room with AC and Heat and a heated pool in the private back yard.

Huge master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV with an updated en-suite bathroom and walk in closet on one side of the house. The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the house, with the kitchen and living rooms in the middle.

Second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and the third bedroom has two double bunk beds. (double bed on bottom, twin on top).
Florida room along the back of the house is a comfortable area for entertaining, TV, ping-pong, games, etc. It leads to a small patio with a kid-friendly in-ground, screened in pool, which is heated!

Backyard is private and fenced for your pets. It has a shuffle board and corn hole for fun as well as a private sunning patio with gas BBQ. Walk to the famous Laggerheads for drinks and dinner. Nice Florida room that has AC and Heat that flows into the back porch.
All newly decorated with new linens, towels, etc.

Lots of amenities...even an air compressor for, toys, tires and tools.. Pets are allowed!
