Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fees, WIFI, Cable, 13% sales/resort taxes, $500 Security deposit OR $55 non-refundable damage protection policy, Travel Insurance (if requested}, and $250 booking fee and association application fee.
