Home is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, living room w/pull out sofa, a large deck, driveway that fits up to 4 cars, BBQ grill and a great front lawn. Pricing as follows: 8/10-8/17 or 8/24-8/31 for $1300/week (to extend the 8/24 rental through Labor Day please add an extra $185/day for 9/1 & 9/2 Labor Day). All other weeks rented. Rental rate includes all utilities, two beach badges and plenty of parking. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 per visit.
