The Ritz -Carlton Residences, The Woodlands , in Texas, has reached a record-breaking achievement, surpassing $250 million in signed contracts in the first week of sales. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling the sales and marketing for the new Howard Hughes condominium project. Renay Cohen and Ali Seay have been appointed as the project’s director of sales and sales agent, respectively. The 111-unit development, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, is the first Ritz -Carlton branded stand-alone condominiums for sale in Texas and sits on the last available large-scale residential site on Lake Woodlands. Since the launch of sales, Howard Hughes has seen overwhelming buyer interest and has gone into contract on over 50% of the residences. Following the project’s strong sales momentum and the rapid pace of contracting, construction is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of this year. Spanning roughly eight acres across approximately 1,200 feet of premier lakefront shoreline, The Ritz -Carlton Residences, The Woodlands offers a breadth of superior amenities and lifestyle offerings that set a new standard for luxury residential living in the Texas real estate market.
