During the final quarter of 2021, median home prices on the Hamptons’ Long Island neighbor to the north reached their highest levels in sixteen years of record keeping, according to data from Douglas Elliman and Miller Samuel. Average prices also increased significantly. This boom in demand and pricing is on full display in the new Estates at Royalton , an 11-home community offering new constructions ranging from $1.65 million to $2.3 million—pricing that was unheard of in Mattituck before the pandemic.
