Douglas Elliman Inc., one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in the country with the highest national average sales price, today announced that The Casa Team by Chiqui Delgado and Edgar Marquez at Douglas Elliman is expanding its business to Miami. Previously based in the brokerage’s flagship office in New York City, the team brings more than 20 years of collective sales success, media influence, design vision, and legal expertise.

Chiquinquirá Delgado is a Venezuelan-born entrepreneur, television personality, and real estate professional whose career spans over two decades in media, design, and business. One of the most respected names and recognized faces in Spanish-language entertainment, Delgado has also established herself as an accomplished interior designer and real estate investor. Douglas Elliman is the first brokerage that she has joined as an agent.

Edgar Marquez is a top-performing real estate professional with over 20 years of experience navigating the fast-paced, competitive markets of New York City and Miami. Born in Venezuela, where he began his professional life as an attorney, at the age of 21, Marquez began his real estate career in Miami before moving to NYC in 2005. Known for his strategic mindset, legal expertise, and client-first approach, he joined Douglas Elliman in 2023.
