Megan Sullivan Joins Douglas Elliman in Greenwich, Conn.

Megan Sullivan, one of Connecticut’s top-performing real estate advisors, has joined Douglas Elliman, based out of the firm’s Greenwich office at 75 Arch Street. A member of the Sports & Entertainment Division, Sullivan further strengthens Elliman’s presence in one of the Northeast’s most competitive luxury markets.

 

Sullivan co-founded The Select Client Team, which was ranked the #1 team at Sotheby's International Realty Greenwich, as well as the #1 small team in Connecticut, according to RealTrends Verified. In 2025 alone, she achieved more than $100 million in closed and pending transactions, spanning new development, historic estates, and some of the region’s most sought-after properties.

 

Among her recent trophy sales are 111 Conyers Farm, which closed for $15,500,000; 38 Aiken Road at $11,500,000; and 10 Hurlingham Drive at $7,950,000, two of which are located within the prestigious Conyers Farm, widely regarded as one of Greenwich’s premier luxury communities. These high-profile transactions highlight Sullivan’s consistent success in the ultra-luxury tier of the market.

 

Known for her strategic approach and unparalleled market access, Sullivan consistently delivers results in even the most competitive environments. Last year, 41% of her transactions were off-market; just weeks into 2026, that number has already climbed to an impressive 66%, providing her clients with a decisive edge amid historically low inventory.
