Spring is in the air and so are big closings. While we navigate the economy and real estate during the time of COVID-19, these real estate deals are a testament to agents’ hard work and the desire of both buyers and sellers to continue to close transactions. In some cases, buyers are thinking it is safer to invest their money in real estate, rather than in banks.
