New York City’s first turnkey luxury residential properties have hit the market.
The real estate development and investment firm SHVO announced Dec. 7 the official launch of sales at Mandarin Oriental Residences Fifth Avenue, with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing as the exclusive sales and marketing agents.
Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, at 685 Fifth Ave., in a completely reimagined 29-story Beaux Arts building that previously housed Italian fashion giant Gucci, the Mandarin Oriental Residences Fifth Avenue offers pied-à-terre living in 69 fully furnished and amenitized residences ranging from junior suites to penthouses.
Each residence features a stocked Molteni kitchen, custom upholstery and window treatments and an abundance of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center with steam, sauna and treatment rooms; a private rooftop pool, with a lounge, bar and Central Park views; and concierge services, including bartending, butlers, shopping and dog-walking.
Boulud Prive, a new “dining experience” from renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, will be available exclusively to residents of the Mandarin Oriental Residences Fifth Avenue and Beverly Hills, through room service or private restaurant and bar service.
