Luxury South Florida Development Quint Collection Sells Out, Sets Pricing Record

By Grace Cassidy After nearly two years of struggling to find buyers, a luxury oceanside development in Hollywood, Fla., has sold out. The Quint Collection Hollywood , a boutique 10-unit townhouse development from Miami-based developer JQ Group, originally came on the market in May 2019. But with only one townhouse sold by March 2021 , Douglas Elliman agents Lourdes Alatriste and Miguel J. Solis were brought in to oversee sales. This month, all 10 townhouses have sold out—and at record pricing. Located at 2800 North Ocean Drive, Quint Collection homes range from around 3,100 to 3,500 square feet in size, each with three bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms. All closed for sale at nearly $900 per square foot—the highest price-per-square-footage for a townhouse in the area. In addition to spacious terraces, Quint Collection residences include a two-car garage per unit, a stunning sky deck equipped with an outdoor kitchen and access to a private marina.
