Florida Agents Andrea Pelaez and Brian Partie Join Douglas Elliman in St. Petersburg and Sarasota

Douglas Elliman has grown its ranks in key Florida markets with the addition of top-performing agents Andrea Pelaez to the brokerage’s St. Petersburg office and Brian Partie to its Sarasota location.

Pelaez joins Elliman after nearly five years with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to joining Elliman, Partie served in a leadership capacity at Engel & Völkers, driving market share growth across the Gulf Coast's most sought-after markets, including Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Naples.

A third-generation Tampa native and current St. Petersburg resident, Pelaez has represented buyers and sellers across a wide range of price points and transactions, including a record-setting $7.6-million beachfront sale. With her deep roots in the Tampa Bay market, she has earned a reputation for expertise in luxury and waterfront properties that appeal to lifestyle-driven buyers relocating to the area.

A trusted authority across Southwest Florida's Gulf Coast Corridor, his expertise spans Greater Sarasota and Manatee County, including Lakewood Ranch and the world-renowned barrier islands of Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bird Key, Anna Maria and Siesta Key. He serves on the statewide Board of Directors for Florida Realtors and is the 2026 Chair of Public Policy for the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM).
