For Hahn, real estate is part of a multigenerational family legacy rooted in Southern California. With more than 85 years of history in real estate development and investment, his family has helped shape communities throughout the region. A Del Mar resident since 1973, Hahn is also widely recognized for his civic and philanthropic leadership, having founded the Caddy Hack Golf Festival and the Del Mar Santa Crawl and co-founded the Del Mar Wine + Food Festival, initiatives that continue to benefit local nonprofits and community organizations. 

Jett brings more than 25 years of luxury real estate experience, representing buyers and sellers across coastal San Diego. Since Jett and Hahn partnered in 2025, the duo has built a referral-driven business centered on local knowledge, trusted relationships and exceptional client service throughout Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Solana Beach, Encinitas and the surrounding coastal communities.
