The De Niro Team Expands to Brooklyn with Addition of Jon Capobianco and Quinn Ferree

Douglas Elliman Realty announced today that The De Niro Team is expanding into Brooklyn with the appointment of top-performing agent Jon Capobianco and his teammate Quinn Ferree . They will be based out of Elliman’s Williamsburg office. Both were previously at Compass. Jon Capobianco and Quinn Ferree Since moving to the city and beginning his real estate career in 1995, Capobianco has established himself as a consummate New York agent with a deep understanding of inventory and process, broad knowledge of neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, and a reputation for discretion. With a diverse clientele that includes Wall Street executives, foreign governments and top names in entertainment, Capobianco has closed numerous notable deals, including four units at 150 Charles totaling $42 million, a Williamsburg home built out of 21 shipping containers and the sale of a Silk Building loft to Britney Spears.
