Douglas Elliman Realty announced May 15 that real estate investor David Juracich has joined the firm as a real estate salesperson for the top-producing Holly Parker Team.
Over the past 15 years, Juracich has successfully built, marketed and sold over 3,500 residences with a combined value exceeding $3 billion. Such buildings include Walker Tower, Stella Tower, American Copper Building, The Fitzroy in West Chelsea, 111 West 57th Street and the Jean Nouvelle designed Monad Terrace in Miami.
The news was first reported in The Real Deal, which recently ranked The Holly Parker Team 11th among the top resale brokers in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, with $145 million in closed sales across 47 deals, and 11th among new development brokers, with $156 million in sales volume across 13 deals.
