Connecticut Agent Jennifer Leahy Unveils $35M Listing for Rogers Island in Long Island Sound

A year after closing the $85-million sale of Great Island in Darien, Connecticut , Douglas Elliman agent Jennifer Leahy is bringing another private island to the market. The 7.65-acre Rogers Island, part of the Thimble Islands archipelago in Long Island Sound, off the coast of Branford, Conn., has been listed for $35 million . Accessible by a five- to ten-minute boat ride, the property is anchored by a fully restored 8,746-square-foot Tudor-style mansion, originally built circa 1900, with 10 bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half baths. In addition to a four-bedroom waterfront guest house with a wraparound porch, the island includes an artist studio, three private beaches, two docks, a tennis court, pool, Jack Nicklaus-designed putting green and formal gardens.
