For two decades, Nick Jovanovich has been a leading sales and marketing professional in the publishing world. In the last two years, he has been the driving force in successfully transforming the advertising program at The Rye Record, a community newspaper in Rye, New York. His multifaceted and creative approach lead to the formation of a distinctive new website and customized real estate section specifically targeted to three of the wealthiest zip codes in Westchester County, as well as two of the wealthiest in Manhattan. This experience has allowed Nick to forge strong bonds with the real estate community and understand how effective marketing can deliver superior results to buyers and sellers.
Given his marketing background and connections in the real estate world, Nick decided to make move to real estate brokerage, where he can use his skill set to help his customers meet their real estate goals, whether buying, selling, or leasing. Nick has recently moved to Miami Beach and joined the Sandberg Nortmann Group of Douglas Elliman, which has posted $1 billion in sales in the last decade.
Before coming to The Rye Record, he worked in educational publishing, at Pearson Education, Cengage Learning, and Academic Partnerships. Nick has lived in New York City, San Diego, London, Winter Park, Florida, and Rye. After graduating from Rye High School, class of 1996, he went on to Washington College, where he received a BA in History and played Division III tennis.
