About Pamela

Pamela Surtees has been a Realtor in Wellington since 1987, and 20 years as Sales Director of The Elebash Real Estate Company, when Wellington's population was 4,000 year round residents. Currently, Wellington boasts over 60,000 year round residents. She was drawn to Douglas Elliman because of its international appeal, servicing equestrians and sports enthusiasts globally.

Pamela served as publicist in New York City and Palm Beach, organizing events for the Animal Medical Center, The Asia Society, The Belmont Ball, Humane Society, and was one of the founders of the Young Friends of Red Cross New Year's Eve party at the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach. She was the assistant to the Producer of 'Hair', Michael Butler, and worked with the Butler family in Oak Brook, Illinois, then the capital of polo in the United Sates organizing a Player's Club and sponsorship programs for the game of polo.

When polo moved to Wellington, so did Pam and her husband, Willie. Through the years, she has seen Wellington go from dirt roads and farms to the equestrian capital, and thriving Village that it now is, and along the way has sold houses, farms and land in every area of Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and its surrounding areas.

Pamela was the founder of the Hanley Hazelden Picnic at the Show Grounds. An avid golfer herself, Pamela is an integral part of the South Florida communities. With her two boys, now in their 30's, she experienced first-hand, the advantages of family living in Wellington.

Her expert knowledge of the area, dedication, and integrity are unsurpassed. Whether you are looking to buy, rent or sell, she will take the time to guide you through each step on your journey to find the perfect property.
