By the youthful age of 28, licensed in California, Stuart had already listed and sold substantial multi-million dollar properties under the brokerage of the Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades, California-based, Estate Division of Jon Douglas Properties. Stuart placed their International Division on the map when he listed the CEO of Dean Witter/ Merril Lynch's multi-million dollar home located on the Thames River in London. The property was featured on the front page of the Los Angeles Times Sunday edition Insider supplement.
Having launched his career at one of the world's most prestigious addresses, the intersection of Rodeo Drive and Wilshire Boulevard in the heart of Beverly Hills, California, Stuart has represented the interests of the world’s elite for many years. He lifts the benchmark of class, professionalism and the true art of hospitality to a new level. He was awarded his service “Gold Keys” by Les Clef d’Or, the International and highly-esteemed Concierge Association. He founded the nationally-recognized City Concierge LLC service that catered to guests' dining, transportation and recreation needs at twelve luxury hotels through lobby hotlines, personally serving as Managing Director of this unique service offering for thirteen years.
Stuart’s bio includes enviable hospitality-based collaborations with private clubs and some of the finest five star hotels in the United States, including The Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills and The Broadmoor Hotel & Resort in Colorado Springs. He was recruited by the Private Aviation Industry to develop unique service model brands. He served as Vice President of Hospitality at Jet Aviation, headquartered at Teterboro Airport and as Director of Hospitality and World Services for XJet, where he also headed up their Denver-based FBO as General Manager. Due in great part to Stuart’s influence, inspiring teams to reach for the highest levels of customer service in an environment that lends the same, AIN FBO Magazine named XJet “Number 1 in the Americas” for three years running. Stuart also served as Luxury Lifestyle Manager and Executive Concierge to the Chairman and CEO of a global privatized energy corporation, where, on an international scale, he orchestrated seamless and exceptional service experiences both "on and beyond" the private aircraft.
He is recognized as a noted inspirational speaker on the topic of providing exceptional service to the world’s elite, including his "Beyond the Service Stars" and "Never Say No - Never Say Never" inspirational seminars. He is credited with administering a record 33 seminars in 6 U.S. cities within less than a month's period! Along with inspiring service teams across the nation, Stuart has also played an extraordinarily influential and significant role in successfully guiding and recapturing 5 Star Service Awards for organizations seeking to restore the same.
Stuart invested time developing hospitality initiatives for high-end and exclusive residential communities, resulting in an invitation to fill the Curator of Hospitality role at Zaha Hadid's Miami-based One Thousand Museum, the world's only Forbes-rated Five Star Luxury Residence. Recruited by Al Adelson and his team, Stuart headed-up the Concierge and World Services division of The Bristol Palm Beach. Captioned "Like Nothing Else In Palm Beach, Now Or Ever", The Bristol is recognized as the most exclusive condominium address in the Palm Beaches. Along with his first-class hospitality team, Stuart discretely catered to the lifestyle needs of multiple high-net-worth families. A rather unique collaboration of note was Stuart's recruitment by Tom Frankel of Frankel Enterprises to head up the opening hospitality team at Azure of the Palm Beaches, a celebrity-studded luxury residential community in Florida's Palm Beach Gardens.
Born in Cape Town, South Africa with a British heritage, Stuart is a graduate of UCLA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He speaks four languages, including Dutch and Spanish. He has lived in many parts of the world, finally settling with his wife in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
