Prior to his foray into professional real estate, Niel worked in the Banking and Finance industry for twenty years. The knowledge gained from his years in Finance gives his clients an edge in today’s quickly changing real estate market and the assurance that they are working with an expert negotiator who will work tirelessly to make their real estate transaction a smooth one.
Growing up in the Northeast St. Petersburg home that his grandfather built, Niel’s appreciation for the homes and properties that line the Gulf and give St. Petersburg it’s distinct character and charm was formed at a young age. A resident of Snell Isle himself for more than 24 years, he has strong ties to his community, including acting as Director of the Snell Isle Property Owner’s Association, an organization on which he has served for many years. Moving into professional real estate 15 years ago, Niel found that the industry suited him and quickly became a multimillion-dollar producer. Today, he works with buyers, sellers and investors across the area specializing in the homes, estates and waterfront properties of St. Petersburg, Downtown and Snell Isle. From 2014-2019 Niel has successfully closed more than $60 million dollars in real estate sales for his clients.
When Niel is not working, he enjoys boating, fishing and, as a self-proclaimed foodie, sampling the wide array of restaurants around St. Pete and the surrounding areas.
