With nearly four decades in International Business focused on sales and commercial real estate, Dean Brenner inherently possesses the drive and determination of a premier real estate agent.
Striving to achieve client satisfaction in every aspect of the real estate deal, Dean is a master at listening to his clients' needs, understanding the best way to achieve their goals and keeping them informed throughout the process, in a way that is easy for them to understand.
Prior to joining the Douglas Elliman team, Dean developed and executed successful business strategies for top trading companies, taking a startup company to more than $1 million in annual volume in his most recent endeavor. No stranger to the real estate game, Dean has been a real estate investor and owner since 1994, when he bought his first commercial building in NYC. Two years later, Dean began rehabbing and reselling homes.
Today, he has shifted his focus back to commercial real estate and sharing his knowledge of this niche sector of the real estate market with buyers and sellers with those specific needs.
Dean holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University and also completed the Mink Course, "Tomorrow's Fur Traders", in Oslo, Norway. He also ran the Charity committee at his local country club in New York, raising more than $300,000 for their pro-am golf tournament.
