Marie Rosner, originally from Kentucky has been successfully marketing luxury residential properties in Jupiter Island, Jupiter Inlet Colony, Jupiter, Tequesta and Hobe Sound and surrounding areas since becoming a Florida Realtor® in 1991. "First, I listen closely to clients' descriptions of their needs and what they're looking for," she says about her initial interaction with customers. "I then develop a list of properties that meet those criteria, fill the client in on market conditions, provide overviews of their communities of interest, and offer information about area amenities."
"I was very impressed with Marie's knowledge of the area and her listings," comments a former client of hers online. Another satisfied customer adds, "Marie has an astonishing number of connections in real estate, construction, decor, entertainment, retail, local politics, and other areas a clients might need assistance with."
Attended Kennesaw University', Marie began her real estate career in 1981 as a property manager in Atlanta, with additional stints in San Antonio, Savannah, Jacksonville, and Miami. After relocating to Palm Beach County, Florida, she became deeply involved in local community charities as the founder and president of the Gold Coast Guild of the Children's Home Society, the founder and a member of the board of the American Cancer Society's Celestial Gala, and a volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club of Martin County, among others.
