About Leann

Leann Deuser’s passion for real estate began when she purchased her first home at the age of 24.
Today, she has more than 20 years’ experience working with South Florida’s most discerning luxury
homes clientele and a penchant for creating relationships that last far beyond closing.

Originally from the Midwest, Leann’s business approach is guided by her strong work ethic, ability to
build and maintain trust and her pleasant nature. Her innate ability to connect with her clients has
earned Leann a large network of repeat clients and a healthy referral business and a reputation as a
hard-working and loyal agent who will work tirelessly to deliver on her clients’ goals.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Leann worked in Marketing for the travel and real estate
industries in Florida and the Caribbean where she learned that there is nothing more important than
providing the highest level of client service while connecting with your clients on an emotional level.
Bringing that knowledge and expertise to her real estate clients, Leann works with buyers, sellers and
investors across South Florida with a specialization in waterfront properties. She has extensive knowledge of the beautiful waterways and canals that flow through the area and the magnificent homes and estates that line them. A graduate of Indiana University, Leann is the proud mother of two grown children and grandmother of three. As a resident of South Florida for more than 38 years, Leann is deeply connected to her
community and enjoys giving back through charitable events and organizations including the National
MS Society. When not working, she enjoys staying active, practicing yoga and Pilates and spending time at the beach and boating the beautiful South Florida waterways.
