Lisa Rainis’s door is always open to her team and clients at Douglas Elliman. As the Executive Manager of Sales, Lisa has set team-building, agent support, and client satisfaction as key priorities on her agenda – and her diverse background equips her with the tools to meet her goals.
Formerly an executive with Saks Fifth Avenue, Lisa has a well-rounded background, with experience in buying and merchandising, corporate training, human resources, and marketing for the luxury market. In 2013, she was recruited by Kevin Ahearn while she was overseeing several conversion projects in the Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and South End. She readily acknowledges that that practical and hands-on experience provided her with the expertise needed to navigate the new development market in Boston – knowledge she shares with her team and her clients.
As a broker, Lisa’s sharp analytic mind and keen negotiating skills, coupled with her professional commitment to providing guidance and customized service to her clients has been rewarded with an impressive track record of sales, notably 276 Newbury Street for $25,000,000, which was Boston’s largest transaction for Q1 2019.
From retail executive to broker to corporate manager, Lisa’s multiple roles have always ultimately focused on one central theme: providing an exceptional and unparalleled customer service experience. The competitiveness of the Boston real estate market has fueled Lisa and her team to be committed to excellence, and they achieve that be being readily available, knowledgeable about Boston’s unique neighborhoods, aware of notable recent transactions, and driven to develop customized success strategies for each client. Simply put, she is generous with her time and expertise and guides her team of real estate marketing and sales professionals at Douglas Elliman to be the same.
Lisa originally hails from Southport, CT. She attended college and worked in New York City for several years, before moving to Boston. She is an active member of The Back Bay Association, The National Association of Realtors, and The Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
