About Connie

As Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Douglas Elliman, Connie Mui-Reilly oversees the Technology group’s efforts on behalf of more than 6,500 users across the company, including technology and information systems, infrastructure and security and strategy and operations. This work entails close coordination with the Finance and Business groups concerning risk management, cybersecurity and compliance efforts. Additionally, she oversees the data and feeds that support hundreds of thousands of property listings each year and ensures agents enjoy a best-in-class technology experience that includes strategies, tools and training to help them maximize their business. She also works in partnership with New Valley Ventures, Douglas Elliman Inc.’s property technology arm, to assess and integrate new technologies for agents. .  

 

Upon joining Douglas Elliman in April 2016 as Vice President of Application Services, Connie launched several agent-focused learning and development initiatives, deployed new applications and sales tools and built a national technology training team. She also introduced Technology Open Houses and Road Shows to communicate the benefits of technology for agents. In 2019, Connie launched Douglas Elliman’s first ever in-house CRM and partnered with the Marketing group to launch a brand new Elliman.com the following year. In 2021, she introduced cutting-edge technology aimed at improving agent recruitment, retention and productivity. Leveraging artificial intelligence, predictive analytics technologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making, Connie continues to evolve applications, identify technology opportunities and provide agents with the tools and training they need to succeed.

 

Prior to Douglas Elliman, Connie served as the Director of Technology Services at Corcoran, a subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp, a publicly traded company. This work included oversight of support issues, coordination with security efforts and policies along with coordination of compliance-related activities and needs. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate technology and has held positions as a Computer Trainer, Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Manager, Director of Technology Services and EVP of Agent Experience.

 

Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University and holds ITIL Intermediate Qualification and ITIL Foundation Certified Professional certifications.
