About Christopher

An inspirational and results driven professional, who has the raw entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethic required to continuously exceed set sales and operational targets. Christopher brings a strong sense of urgency, responsibility and accountability to any marketing project he undertakes. He has a proven ability to interact effectively with clients, and has a long track record of designing and executing professional sales strategies using his in-depth knowledge of the customer and industry. I show my clients market trends from different areas that match and exceed their expectation.

Based on my performance and commitment, I have been awarded by Douglas Elliman Real Estate "Chairman Circle Gold Award" from 2014-2019. I was published by Newsday on "Preparing Your House for Sale" which detailed what to do when selling your home. I received the award from Long Island Board of Realtors "Top 20 Under 40" by YPN in 2016. I currently serve as YPN President for 2020. I am a Director for both New York State Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors. I also serve on Professional Standards, Legislative and Educational committee for both state and local.

I'm currently an associate broker and dual licensed for both Brooklyn Board of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors which only helps my clients have a greater reach in their search. I currently hold my designation for Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). I also hold my commercial certification (CIREC) for all commercial sales and leases. With my knowledge of Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx and Long Island, I am able to show the lifestyle that you are looking for.

My clients have always found comfort and confidence in my recommendations in their life changing decisions. I have worked in Real Estate for several years. Prior to Real Estate, I was a banking leader for several of the largest banks in the country Wachovia, Wells Fargo and Capital One. I chose to combine all of my experience to help clients get the best service with the best name. Building relationships is the foundation of this business and that is why I take the time to really understand my client needs. I like to walk my client through the entire process whether meeting with attorneys, lenders, home inspectors, surveyor's, and title companies. I have worked as a mortgage leader, banking leader, and area sales leader.

My real estate philosophy is to make decisions that you truly feel comfortable with. This decision that can change your entire life and choosing the right person is what can make that decision clear. I give my clients reliable advice in real estate whether commercial or residential. I also have worked with the short sale process and foreclosure process. I love to invest in properties that have potential and financial gain. I work well with others and I love to exceed the expectation.

The reason why I am the broker of choice is because I am well-rounded and well versed in what I deliver. Most people that have worked with me can say that I know what I am doing and I do it exceptionally well. I like to get things done right the first time and I am easy to work with. My family and friends have always come to me as their financial advisor in anything they do. They trust my word and that means a great deal to me. A good broker identifies the market and what the customer needs. He then combines that knowledge and sets the expectation on what he/she will deliver. That's the service I would expect from my broker of choice, which is why I work for Douglas Elliman Real Estate. With my knowledge in lending, I am able to assist my customers and make recommendations to lead them where they want to be. The consistent trend in all of my career choices has been sales, customer service and leadership. I would want my buyer and seller to know one thing about me, "I believe that you are nothing without your word and that is how I live my life in everything I do".

I currently live in Queens and I was raised in New York City my entire life. What I enjoy about my community is the accessibility to Manhattan. There are also plenty of great shops and great dining experiences on Austin street just blocks away from my home. I was born in the Bronx, New York and raised in Elmont, Long Island. I went to Long Island University, C. W. Post where I resided. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the School of Management. I love to help several different causes that affect our communities. I am a huge supporter of GMHC and Relay for Life. I also love great food, cooking, traveling, interior design, and fashion trends.
