The Shneidman House is one of the first 30 houses built in the historical architectural community of Crestwood hills, perched on one of the highest points of the cul-de-sac, Stonehill Lane. Jones & Smith encompassed the body of the home with an incredible combination of redwood, concrete and glass walls that give The Schneidman home a classic Californian mid-century, yet modern contemporary feel.
