Nick Solomon has been a Realtor since 2011 and was personally invited to join Sotheby's International Realty - Sunset Strip by then office manager, Alan Long. In January 2020, Nick switched brokerages to Douglas Elliman to sharpen his skills and increase his knowledge of all real estate transactions from sales to leasing of residential properties to commercial real estate and land development. This decision was based off of Nick’s passion to greater serve his client's diverse real estate interests and his own desire to grow as a real estate professional.
Over the years, Nick has established trust with his clients, vendors and all other relevant parties in a transaction through his work in the business and reliability. He has displayed the that he has the discipline along with the motivation, correct attitude and aptitude to achieve amazing success in this industry. Additionally, he regularly attends daily training and updates for the industry along with regular continuing education classes to improve his knowledge and understanding of the business.

Whether representing sellers or buyers, landlords or tenants, Nick is personally involved in all phases from the first meeting through the close of the transactions and beyond. He is intuitive and carefully attends to the clients' concerns while listening to their needs. He has a sophisticated sense of style and specializes in the preparation and presentation of his listed properties.
On the business side, Nick is an adept and certified negotiator and has a keen understanding of the changing real estate industry. He has a vast understanding of the many complexities of contracts and the technical aspects of real estate. He also utilizes highly effective and creative marketing techniques and has a support of a network of reputable and professional service providers.
Nick graduated from UCLA with honors, previously competed in and won gold medals in martial arts tournaments and then transitioned into a career in sports journalism and marketing where he regularly worked on several live televised events for major mixed martial arts and boxing promotions. Nick decided that his true passion was for the land and the art of transferring title to real property. Nick has proven that he can successfully handle and close multiple complicated escrows at the same time honoring his commitment to his clients’ business needs. He holds the distinction of having represented the seller of the highest priced home sold per square foot in the Los Feliz Oaks in 2013. Along with being a highly respected professional, Nick is passionate about caring for his family, animals and actively tending to his fruit, flower and vegetable garden. Nick embraces travel and has visited over thirteen countries.
