Malcolm Vinson is a sharp, ambitious and inventive real estate professional and architecture enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the urban luxury market. He takes pride in honing his selling skills and developing tactful ways to increase his network, strengthen his relationships with his current client base and cater to their needs.
Vinson is a licensed California realtor with Douglas Elliman Real Estate – one of the leading high-end residential real estate brokerages in the U.S. In just a short time after joining Douglas Elliman, he has closed numerous properties within the greater Los Angeles area and is showing no signs of slowing down. He not only helps facilitate real estate transactions, but also surrounds himself with an incredible team of individuals that help make the transactions go smoothly, from lenders, to Escrow and even contractors.
Vinson is constantly researching, listening to and studying the market and current market trends, even utilizing social media and his own curated online newsletter to reach existing and potential clientele. He takes satisfaction in being a resource for clients throughout the entire buying and selling process, demonstrating how passionate he is about what he does. By sharing his knowledge and positive energy, as well as using his ability to connect and interact with various personalities, he hopes to make the home search a fun, easy and transparent process for buyers. His ultimate goal is to make the buying/selling process a learning experience for his clients. “I want to help my clients not only find their dream home, but also make financially-sound purchases and build wealth through real estate ownership,” he says.
Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Vinson obtained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Business Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. His intense desire to help others is also evident through his charity work; he sits on the Junior Executive Board of Chicago Youth Programs and continues to volunteer with the organization remotely. Today, he resides in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles, and in his spare time, you’ll find him reading, boxing, playing piano, traveling, ATV riding and working out with his dog, Duchess.
