Currently, Juli Udem is a Director of International Estates in Douglas Elliman.
Juli's career in real estate began with a $4 million sale in Beverly Hills in the late 80's, a record price then for a lot in the Beverly Hills Flats area. Juli has been associated with Merrill Lynch, Jon Douglas, Sotheby's Realty and Regent Brokerage.
In her 33 year career as a broker, Juli has represented Buyers and Sellers, in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Beverly Park, Wilshire Corridor, BHPO, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Cheviot Hills, Beverlywood, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, and Century City etc. Additionally, she assisted in the sale of properties in New York. She has extensive experience in working with overseas-based clients. Her clients range from Asia, the Middle East and Europe
Juli has an MBA in taxation from San Francisco State University and is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute leading to a certification of GRI. She speaks fluent Malay/Indonesian. Prior to her career in real estate Juli was a designer and manufacturer of children's clothing selling mostly to major department stores in the USA.
Juli has resided in West Los Angeles and Beverly Hills for many years, is married and has two children. She is past Chair of the Special Events Committee and member of the Board of the Museum Service Council at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), and currently an active volunteer at Cedar Sinai Hospital.
