I began my sales career in an unlikely place, the US Military. During the 1990s, I sold strategy and tactics to wartime commanders in Operation Desert Storm. Subsequently, at Naval Special Warfare Command, I sold civilian companies on the importance of developing mobile technology devices that SEALS could deploy with.
In 2006, I donned a new uniform and sold luxury homes and investment properties to Hollywood executives, actors, musicians, professional athletes, entrepreneurs and first time Buyers. I also forged a partnership with Ernie Carswell who served as a mentor and is a distinguished veteran in the real estate industry.
In California, a real estate transaction is designed to be contentious with Buyer and Seller at odds from the first showing. My talent and what separates me from my competitors is my ability to generate a real estate dossier regarding properties, individuals, and colleagues and to use this information for my client’s advantage.
I often ask; who do you want to be in the real estate trenches with because make no mistake… it is a war out there. And whether it’s Beverly Hills, Bel Air, the Sunset Strip, Venice or east LA, competition is fierce and information is king.
I am strategic, I am collaborative, I am thoughtful but most of all; I win for my clients.
