About Zachery

With a dynamic background that bridges high-end design, development marketing, and residential and commercial sales, Zachery brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to New York City real estate. His career began in Litchfield County, Connecticut in 2017, where he worked hands-on in the luxury Design Build space. He soon transitioned into residential sales, becoming part of a top 25 producing team in the region.

Zachery’s deep understanding of design and construction naturally led him to Corcoran Sunshine, where he helped lead marketing efforts for some of Manhattan’s premier new developments. He later transitioned to the sales team for Tribeca Green—Manhattan’s fastest-selling new development in 2023 and 2024—earning the distinction of Highest Number of Units Sold in 2023.

Though his early career included a stint in commercial real estate, Zachery quickly realized his passion lay in helping individuals and families find homes they truly love. His clients often become friends, and he maintains lasting relationships built on trust, transparency, and genuine connection.

Zachery holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance from Florida International University. Born and raised in Florida, he later moved to Indiana for school, Connecticut to begin his real estate journey, and now resides on Manhattan’s West Side.

Outside of work, Zachery can often be found exploring the city's newest restaurants and hidden gems, playing tennis, working out, traveling, or hosting friends. His energy, market knowledge, and people-first approach make him an invaluable resource for anyone looking to navigate the New York City real estate market.
