Wendy Herrera is a Miami Beach real estate advisor with a strong presence on the Island Communities of Miami Beach. Born and raised in Miami and living in South America for many years Wendy has great experience in dealing with buyers from across the globe. A strong education from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida and a graduate of FIU, Wendy’s BA in International Business was the perfect accreditation needed to excel her real estate business.

After spending six years working with Hyperion Development, Wendy took on her own development, an architecturally notable, single-family home on the Venetian Islands which grounded her to that community and helped grow her network on the Islands.

With an exceptional ability to keep her client's connected through every step of the real process, buyers and sellers always know where they stand. To her, clients are friends and friends are clients and thus she treats others as she would want to be treated in business and off the field.
