Tracy Shively has had a remarkable journey in the real estate industry, spanning over three decades. Her passion for assisting buyers and sellers and her dedication to building relationships set her apart. Tracy's career began in 1988 when she joined a custom home builder in Montgomery County, Maryland. She then transitioned to Brookfield Properties in 1992, a prominent national builder/developer.

Throughout her tenure at Brookfield Properties, Tracy progressively advanced in her roles, ultimately reaching the position of Division Manager. She worked closely with developers, homeowners, lenders, and local jurisdictions across various regions in Virginia and Maryland. Tracy's expertise extended to Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William in Virginia, and Montgomery with other counties in Maryland.

In 1999, Tracy co-founded Bedford Falls Development LLC, which specialized in acquiring and developing infill lots and properties within and around the Beltway. Since then, she has managed her own real estate portfolio, engaging in activities such as purchasing, selling, subdividing lots for new construction, and enhancing existing homes for resale and lease.

Tracy and her family have been residents of Arlington since 1998 and reside in McLean, VA for the past 12 years. When not immersed in her real estate endeavors, Tracy cherishes spending quality time with her husband, Ron, their two children, and their rescue dog, Beau. She actively contributes to various charities, including her involvement on the boards of The Loudoun Serenity House and McLean Community Foundation. Tracy also indulges in entertaining, and traveling, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Her numerous certifications and designations demonstrate Tracy's commitment to excellence, including an Associate Broker license in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. Holding these licenses allows her to represent her client's best interests with utmost professionalism and expertise, ensuring exceptional service throughout their real estate transactions.
