About Rick

Prior to selling residential real estate, Rick Doepper enjoyed an extensive and successful sales, training, and marketing management career with IBM for 30 years. During the course of his sales career he was repeatedly recognized nationally as part of the prestigious IBM 100% Club for consistently reaching and exceeding sales quotas. Following his years at IBM, Rick utilized his transferable sales and marketing skills to join forces with Peggy in the real estate profession selling homes in the prestigious real estate market of Greenwich, Connecticut. Rick is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University with a BA in Psychology.

Since joining Douglas Elliman in 2020, Rick and Peggy have been consistent top producers, honored with the Gold and President's awards.

Peggy & Rick are residents of the Seagate Country Club at the Hamlet, Delray Beach, as well as members of the Seagate Country Club. Rick enjoys golfing, while Peggy takes advantage of the Club fitness programs including aerobics and two book clubs. Aside from their shared passion for the residential real estate profession, they both enjoy travel, and relaxing in the company of good friends
