Pedro Germano is renowned among colleagues and clients alike for his integrity, loyalty and professionalism. Pedro's 20 years of real estate experience is wide ranging in terms of geography, property types and skills.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Pedro had the privilege to help build and work with some of the Florida top producing teams at Compass. In 2019 Pedro served as a Senior Associate for the NH Group at Marcus & Millichap, the number 1 group, recognized nationally among top brokerages specializing in select service hotels, handling over 1.3 billion in annual hospitality asset sales.

Pedro's clients include developers, owners, family offices, lenders, private investment funds, REITs and other entities who rely on his expertise for a full range of acquisitions, dispositions, JV, financing, land use, zoning, and government relations concerns.

Throughout his career as a real estate agent, Pedro has had many record sales in commercial and residential real estate and received numerous awards for his extraordinary client focused services. His work and awards has been featured in publications and magazines including: Orlando City, Orlando Leisure, Winter Park, Previews International, Unique Homes, Homes & Estates, WSJ, Robb Report and others.

In 2014, Pedro led the commercial division of Coldwell Banker's top producing office in the state of Florida. His strategies generated millions in profits for clients through complex sale/leaseback structures. Pedro represented national tenants, and successfully sold net lease investments, retail banks, restaurants, open-air shopping centers, spas and medical offices.

In 2008, Pedro joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, hiring and training 8 agents soon becoming one of the top sales group achieving Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Award. To Pedro, it’s a tremendous pleasure helping someone buy or sell their home and fulfill their dreams, regardless of the price range.

In 2006, Pedro joined Sotheby’s International Realty in Central Florida and had the honor to represent sports figures, celebrities, and C level executives from a diverse background. Maintaining privacy and interests of clients top of mind and great communication, enabled Pedro to grow his clientele and connect with them on a personal level.

Mr. Germano's team of resources includes an impressive network of over 14,797 national and international decision-makers and industry leaders, asset managers, tax advisers, a select group of award-winning architects, designers, developers and real estate attorneys experienced with over 83 billion of hotel purchases, sales and financing involving more than 3,800 properties throughout the world and handling more than 1.5 billion of EB-5 financings in the last 18 months.

Prior to his passion and dedication to real estate, Pedro had a successful 10 year career in Electrical Engineering, working for some of the most admired companies in the segment, such as IBM, National Semiconductor, DEC, 3COM, Evans and Sutherland and TDK semiconductors.

Mr. Germano is also a strong advocate of several charitable organizations including the Red Cross, Make a Wish, LUNGevity, UNICEF and others.

Mr. Germano was born in Mendoza, Argentina. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree and attended the prestigious National Technological University in Cordoba, Argentina. During his career in real estate, he participated in several industry leading conferences and specialization courses including: the CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member, Cornell School of Hotel Administration, the American Lodging Investment Summit, the Urban Land Institute and many others.
