Norma-Jean "NJ" Callahan has enjoyed an illustrious, award-winning career in real estate for over 22 years. As an accomplished rookie in 2002, she ranked in the top 98th percentile of agents nationwide in her first year at Coldwell Banker. Norma-Jean joined the New Development Sales and Marketing firm, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, in 2007, where she began her meteoric rise to the top of the new-development ranks. In her tenure, she has represented buildings totaling over $6 billion in sellouts and has worked for some of the most prestigious developers in New York City and Miami.
