About Nikola (Niko)

Nikola Cejic was born in Vrsac, Serbia and has always had a lifelong interest in real estate; buying his first rental property during his senior year of high school. His goal is to serve clients by offering white-glove service and tenacious representation.

In 2008, Niko moved from Belgrade, Serbia to Johnson City, in Upstate New York, and was recruited to SUNY Morrisville to play football and lacrosse. There he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Since a young age, he has worked in construction, both independently and with family; building his parent's house before graduating college. Coming from a construction background along with being a licensed General Contractor, it gives him a stronger understanding of each property, what fits people's specific needs, and potential hazards to avoid as a buyer.

Niko utilizes a masterfully developed tech-savvy point of view along with extensive neighborhood knowledge. Earning his clients' trust and respect is the number one priority and no deal is viewed as just another transaction. His large network of friends, colleagues and industry contacts enables him to cast a wide net to sell any property for his clients.

A member of the Southampton Rotary and Long Island’s Youth Advisory Board, he takes pride in helping out the community in any way to bring support. Outside of real estate, Niko utilizes the outdoors Hamptons lifestyle, either surfing, paddle boarding, or cycling.
