About Nathaniel
New York and Florida Realtor Nathaniel Falcone always puts himself in his client’s shoes when partnering with them on their real estate journey. For sellers, he develops a strategy to help them quickly achieve the highest value for their homes. For buyers, he’s not only interested in finding them the perfect home but wants to help them discover the lifestyle that is best for them. Nathaniel understands how important these real estate decisions can be and is committed to building authentic and meaningful relationships so his clients can be confident that he always has their best interests at heart.
Before real estate, Nathaniel excelled in top sales positions but always had a calling for real estate, architecture, and design. On any given day, you can find him meeting his clients at a local coffee shop, relaxing over a green juice or cappuccino as they get to know each other so he can fully understand his mission. He lives where he works and always seeks to immerse himself in the various neighborhoods he sells. And backed by the deep resources of Douglas Elliman, Nathaniel can offer market data and insights that bring tangible benefits to all his clients. An expert in luxury residential real estate, Nathaniel specializes in new construction high rises, Intracoastal homes, golf communities, and condos in Amagansett, Brooklyn, Tribeca, Soho, North Palm Beach, Northwood, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Lost Tree Club, and Jupiter Hills. Nathaniel and his team are also skilled in helping people in all 3 areas of the “luxury triangle” – Palm Beach, NYC, and the Hamptons.
Prior to moving to the Lost Tree Club in North Palm Beach full-time, Nathaniel’s family had been visiting the area for over 30 years to escape the harsh winters of his original hometown, Skaneateles, NY. Now a passionate booster of Palm Beach and its neighboring communities, he loves exploring the region’s exciting dining scene and enjoys cooking, golfing, fishing, and hunting in his free time. Nathaniel is an alumnus of the University of Denver, where he studied film, media, and journalism. Additional passions include classic cars, art, wine, and design.
