A Palm Beach County resident for more than 30 years, Missy McCloskey is a seasoned professional who has been assisting local real estate clients buy, sell, invest in and renovate properties for more than a decade.
Living and working in South Florida through the years has given Missy the insider’s knowledge and local expertise that can only be cultivated through the experience of growing with a community. After starting her own property management company and seeing the expanding local real estate market, Missy earned her real estate license and began researching the area’s unique and diverse offerings. Today, she specializes in the waterfront estate, golf course communities, new construction and investment properties across West Palm Beach, Singer Island, Palm Beach Shores, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter and Tequesta.
Organized and honest with a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking, Missy has gained a reputation for providing a complete real estate experience based on open communication, expert negotiation techniques and a calming demeanor. “My goal is to exceed my clients’ expectations every step of the way,” says Missy. “I want them to always think of me first for their real estate needs as well as those of their friends and families.” Missy takes great pride that a majority of her real estate business is repeat and referral customers. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council and specializes in estate sale transactions.
Originally from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Missy attended Florida State University where she majored in Business. Growing up, she enjoyed playing softball and basketball and today loves any water activity and can be found boating, paddle boarding or playing golf whenever time allows. She is an avid community service advocate and has been volunteering with her son for the past decade at St. George’s, Salvation Army, and other outreach programs.
