After moving to Los Angeles in 2013, Michael combined his love for architecture and his background in real estate to begin his next venture of successfully building homes from the ground up. His many development projects have equipped him with exhaustive fluency in architectural planning, budgeting, construction, and the land use entitlement process in Los Angeles. His vast knowledge of creating attention-grabbing marketing plans and his understanding of the nuances of homes of any age have made him well-versed in reselling homes of any type.

Michael takes pride in providing his clients with the expertise needed for well-crafted investment decisions. He works with home buyers, sellers, and developers of multi-residence projects, including small lots, condos, and townhomes, on purchases, sales, development, and financing.

Michael began his career in New York and assisted with asset management for a $2 billion commercial private equity firm, restaurant construction for an established downtown restaurateur, and investment sales for one of the city’s most active boutique brokerages.
