Maria is a seasoned real estate professional with 18 years experience in residential sales and a strong commitment
to community development. Over the years, she has built a reputation for expertise in market trends, negotiations, and
delivering excellent service to clients. As a former Director of the Malibu Association of Realtors, she played a key role
in shaping professional standards within the local real estate community. Additionally, her leadership as Chair of the
Fair Housing Committee in Malibu showcase her dedication to advocating for equitable housing policies and fair
housing practices.
• Beyond her real estate career, Maria has been deeply involved in various community organizations. As Vice President
of Palisades Beautiful, she contributed to several beautification projects that enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the
Pacific Palisades community. She also served as president of the Palisades Lutheran Preschool Parent Association,
where she fostered strong parent-school relationships and spearheaded fundraising efforts to support educational
programs. Her involvement on the Board of Directors for Palisades Lutheran Preschool helped guide strategic
decisions to benefit the school growth and development.
• In addition to her community- focused leadership roles, Maria served as a Girl Scouts of Los Angeles Cookie Chair.
