Licensed as a NYS Licensed Associate Broker for over 3 decades, Deborah first received a BA in Communication Arts from Marist College and then earned a Diploma in Real Estate Investment Analysis from New York University's SCE while working in the real estate division of an international bank based in NYC's World Trade Center. When she settled in to raise her children, she decided to return to her North Fork summertime family roots which run over 100 years deep! Returning to the area of summer spent filled with fishing, swimming, and digging for clams in Orient Harbor was a reminder of simpler times, of days long before the region's vineyards were planted, yet always remaining aware of the evolving nature of the North Fork's allure.
