CLEOPATRA METELITZ





Cleopatra Metelitz is a Real Estate Agent for Douglas Elliman's Franklin Square Office which is ranked #1 on Long Island.  She began her career as a real estate professional in September of 2020. She has always had a passion for real estate because of her connection with people as well as her ability to understand and know what her clients want.  She fully understands the responsibility and trust that is placed upon her when her clients are looking to buy or sell homes. She is dedicated and walks each and every client diligently through the buying or selling process. She works all over Long Island and  Queens helping people find their perfect home. She takes the time to get to know the different neighborhoolds that is requested of her. She is patient and clearly cares about each of her clients.

Cleo is a natural with people whether she was teaching spin classes, personal training or leading a yoga class which she did for 20 years prior to her real estate career. Cleo also developed her ability to understand a win win deal when she was an executive assistant for the Commodities Exchange (comex) in NYC for 12 years in her 20’s/30's.

When Cleo is not working, you will find her near the ocean in her town of Long Beach or spending time with her most precious gifts, her two adult sons.  You will also find her practicing Bikram or Vinyasa Yoga, cycling, dancing, meditating or reading as a way to stay present.
