A New Yorker born and raised, Christian knows the market and nuances of the different neighborhoods. He prides himself on being a partner and an advisor to his clients, so they get the best from their experience in terms of service and results. His high standards, patience and honest communication are second to none. What’s more, Christian prides himself on educating clients with the latest information and market comps, and holding regular strategy meetings to discuss progress, expectations and adjustments if needed.

Interior Design: Christian is able to SELL the unit/property during showings at an elevated level because of his eye for potential and space.

Negotiations: He knows that that negotiations start as soon as one walks through the door, before a word is said, and don’t end even after the check is cut. With that said, presentation, tonality and strategies are always a big focal point of his business practices.

Mortgage Loan Origination: Christian can strategize with sellers on creative financing to make their property most appealing to the public. Plus he vets potential buyers more thoroughly than the average agent, therefore preventing or navigating around potential problems before they arise due to his insight on the mortgage loan process. On the buy side, he will strategize with buyers to get the best terms possible on their new home.

Nero-Linguistic Programming (NLP): Key to his work is building the greatest rapport with every client and easing their stress, which leads to better assistance and a streamlined buy or sell process.

Outside of real estate, Christian loves spending free time with his two lovely daughters. Fashion and music also top his list of favorite things.
