With more than 29 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cheri-Lynn has extensive knowledge specifically in overseeing training operations for diverse organizations with successful growth rates. In this position, Cheri-Lynn leads the development in Fort Lauderdale and West Broward of the real estate associates sales team, manage recruitment of new talent, and establish business development milestones. As the company continues to attract the industry’s top talent and build its presence throughout Florida, She will be focusing on educating, coaching and influencing associates on providing the highest level of customer service.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Cheri-Lynn lead the transition of Weichert Realtors Best Beach Real Estate in Sunny Isles and spearheaded the brokerage to becoming a top office in the franchise under her management. after the first year of the acquisition, the company’s GCI was tripled and by 2015 it had increased by 130%. Throughout her tenure at Weichert Realtors Best Beach Real Estate, Cheri-Lynn grew the number of agents and created training and coaching programs to enhance production.

Cheri-Lynn also served as Vice President for Gold Coast Schools, where she managed instructors, career counselors, facility managers, and other professional staff across 5 locations. As well as a Real Estate Broker, she is a Real Estate Instructor and has been recognized nationally as a Distinguished Real Estate Instructor and serves as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Real Estate Educators Association.
