Cesar was born in Medellin, Colombia. However, at age 20, he moved to the South Florida Region, where he earned a Bachelors in Hospitality Management from Florida Atlantic University. After having a successful 9 year career in Hospitality industry and being able to manage some of the most successful restaurants and hotels in Miami; Cesar obtained his Real Estate License in 2015. and joined the Douglas Elliman Family in 2016.
